Surveillance System Installation at Kamoto Copper Company
We took part in phases one and two of the CCTV camera installation project at Kamoto Copper Company (KCC), one of the largest mining operations in the region. Our team handled the mounting and positioning of surveillance cameras on site structures, the cabling and connection of each unit, and the alignment of cameras to cover critical areas. Working in an active industrial environment, we followed strict site safety procedures and delivered the works to high quality standards. The new system strengthens site security, improves monitoring and helps protect personnel and assets.
Transformer Oil Sampling & Analysis
Regular oil sampling and analysis is key to the reliable operation of power transformers. We collect oil samples safely on site and analyse them to check dielectric strength, moisture content and dissolved gases. This helps detect problems early, prevent unexpected failures and plan maintenance with confidence.
Power Generation Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential to keep power generation equipment reliable. We carry out routine servicing, inspections, oil and filter changes, battery checks and fault diagnosis on generator sets, so they are ready to deliver power whenever you need it.
The compressor project involved the installation of cable racks, cable pulling and distribution board (DB) installation at Kamoa Copper SA.
The compressor project at Kamoa Copper SA involved a complete electrical installation package, carried out with a strong focus on safety, quality and reliability. Our team began by installing cable racks along the planned routes, ensuring that every support was properly aligned, securely fixed and able to carry the required cable loads. Once the racks were in place, we carried out the cable pulling, carefully routing and securing each cable to protect it from mechanical stress and to keep the installation neat and easy to maintain. We then installed and connected the distribution boards (DBs), which supply power safely and efficiently to the compressor equipment. Throughout the project, our technicians worked in line with site safety procedures and industry standards, wearing the appropriate protective equipment at all times. The result is a durable, well-organised electrical installation that supports the continuous operation of the compressor plant and reflects our commitment to quality workmanship in demanding mining environments.

Training of Medium Voltage Switching and Safety Systems in Partnership with Limonites Pty at Kamoto Copper SA
In partnership with Limonites Pty, we delivered a practical training programme on medium voltage (MV) switching and safety systems at Kamoto Copper SA. The session took place directly in the substation, giving participants hands-on exposure to real equipment and real working conditions. Our instructors demonstrated safe switching procedures, the correct use of insulated operating tools, and the importance of following isolation and lock-out processes before any intervention. Particular attention was paid to risk awareness, personal protective equipment (PPE) and clear communication between team members during every operation. By combining theory with on-site demonstrations, the training strengthened the skills and confidence of the participants and promoted a strong safety culture. This initiative reflects our commitment to protecting personnel, preventing equipment failure and supporting safe, continuous operations in demanding mining environments.

Theory and Fundamentals
Fundamentals of medium voltage (MV) networks. Participants reviewed network configuration, switching principles and the hazards linked to MV equipment. Using course materials and group discussions, the trainers made sure everyone shared a clear understanding of safe working procedures before moving to the field.
Hands-on Practical Training

Under close supervision, they learned the correct techniques for safe MV switching, equipment inspection and handling, with a strong emphasis on isolation procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE). This hands-on approach built both skills and confidence.

Trainers reviewed the key lessons of the programme, answered questions and assessed participants’ understanding.
